Privacy Policy

This plain-language summary explains how we handle your information.

What we collect

When you create an account we collect your name, email address, phone number and whether you are looking for work or looking to hire. If you build a worker profile or post a job, we also store the details you enter there.

What stays private

Your email address, phone number and password are never shown on public pages. Public worker profiles show only your name, photo, location, category, skills, languages, experience and introduction. Job listings show the household name you choose, not your contact details.

How we use your information

We use it to run the platform: showing listings, matching searches, delivering messages between workers and households, and responding to reports. We do not sell your personal information.

Messages and reports

Messages you send through the platform are stored so both sides can read them. Reports you submit are visible to our moderation team, along with what you reported and why.

Your choices

You can edit or delete your worker profile and job listings at any time, and you can unpublish a worker profile so it no longer appears in search. Contact us if you want your account removed entirely.

Security

Accounts are protected by password authentication, and access to your data is restricted by database-level rules so that only you, and the people you message, can see what belongs to you.
