We never claim that a worker or a household has been verified by us. If you see a listing claiming to be verified by Find My Mai Ayki, please report it.

Verify before you commit

Ask for a valid means of identification and confirm that the details on a profile or job listing match what you are told in person.

Check references

Request contacts of previous households or employers and actually call them. Ask about reliability, honesty and how the working relationship ended.

Meet in a public place first

Hold the first interview somewhere public or bring someone with you. Tell a friend or family member where you are going and when you expect to be back.

Never send money

Nobody on this platform should ask you for a fee to get a job, secure a worker, or 'release' a placement. Treat any request for money as a warning sign.

Report anything suspicious

Every profile and job listing has a report option. Use it if a listing looks fake, asks for payment, or if someone behaves inappropriately.
